Project Overview

This project comprises of a single 6 storey office building located in the centre of Shoreditch, London.

The windows were installed offsite into pre-cast concrete panels and delivered to site fully finished. As well as this, the windows installed were from the Reynaers CS SL38 system which was chosen due to their slim sightlines afford a steel window appearance. They were triple glazed with Solar-control glass to meet the specified target u Value of 1.2W/m2k.

The ground floor and the fifth floor terrace areas were assembled and glazed with the Reynaers CW50 curtain walling system, and then the profiles were finished in a standard RAL colour polyester powder coat finish.
